There are a few items we cannot take for legal reasons, trading standards regulations or simply because of the size of some of our shops, for example:​

Large electrical items & White goods (fridge / freezers etc)
Used duvets, pillows and bedding

Every donation of unwanted clothing, bric-a-brac or household goods you make to our shops helps create a more sustainable world by allowing pre-loved goods to have second lives whilst supporting local charities. Most items can be dropped in store but we will happily arrange a FREE COLLECTION from Greater London, Hertfordshire & Middlesex postcodes between Monday and Friday.
Other Donations
Monetary donations are gratefully received through our Just Giving page. You can also donate cash at the shops when making a purchase or dropping off goods. We are also happy to be the beneficiary of a legacy in your will. Please contact us to discuss this further.

Since July 2026, All Aboard Shops are able to accept donations of high quality furniture, worth at least £200 through our partner, Boxmove.

If you are a UK taxpayer, you can make your donation of pre-loved goods worth 25% more with Gift Aid. For every £1 we raise in our shops from the sale of your donated items, All Aboard can claim an extra 25 pence from HMRC. Simply complete a Gift Aid Declaration Form to enable us to reclaim the tax on your donation.
